  • Accounts created with false information will be terminated immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

Warning about multiple accounts: If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are identified, all accounts and all balances and bonuses held within them will be forfeited.

Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

tka999 provides deposit and withdrawal facilities through the most popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are conducted through secure and encrypted channels.

Deposit Rules

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method)
  • Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket
  • The deposit must match the name on the account
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted
  • Successful deposits will be reflected in the account immediately
  • Suspicious transactions will be investigated

Withdrawal Rules

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
  • Withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours
  • Withdrawals to registered mobile numbers only
  • Bonus wagering requirements must be completed
  • Identity verification must be completed
  • Withdrawals for accounts under investigation will be suspended
  • All deposits and withdrawals will be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).
  • tka999 does not charge any additional fees on transactions, however fees from the mobile banking provider may apply.
  • If money laundering or illegal activity is suspected, the account will be suspended immediately and the relevant authorities will be notified.
  • Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it. Please contact support before submitting your request.
  • tka999 reserves the right to reject or delay any transaction without verification.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

tka999 provides various bonuses and promotional offers for users. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions which must be read carefully before acceptance.

Welcome Bonus Terms and Conditions

  • 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000
  • Wagering requirement: 10 times (deposit + bonus)
  • Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,500 bonus → total ৳2,500
  • Example: ৳12,000 deposit → ৳8,000 bonus → total ৳20,000
  • Applicable once per account only
  • Wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus
  • The bonus is for use on the tka999 platform only. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly.
  • The deposit portion cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
  • Wagering will only count on eligible games. Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering.
  • A maximum bet amount may apply when wagering a bonus.
  • tka999 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
  • If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
  • VIP members will receive weekly cashback according to their tier, at varying rates from Bronze to Diamond.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tka999 platform to ensure its fairness and security. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination.

Cheating and Fraud

  • Unauthorized interference with game software
  • Use of bots or automated software
  • Bonus abuse through multiple accounts
  • Registration using fake identity documents
  • Attempts at hacking or cyber attacks

Financial misconduct

  • Money laundering or illegal transfer of funds
  • Abuse of chargebacks or payment disputes
  • Use of third-party payment methods
  • Deliberate abuse of the bonus system
  • Harmful transactions on another person's account

Behavioral violations

  • Harassment of other users
  • Disrespectful behavior toward support staff
  • Filing false complaints or claims
  • Spreading false information about the platform

Security violations

  • Unauthorized access to another person's account
  • Sharing login credentials with third parties
  • Hiding your location using a VPN or proxy
  • Attempts to exploit platform vulnerabilities

Account Suspension and Termination

If a user violates tka999 platform rules or poses a security threat, tka999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate the account.

Temporary Suspension

An account may be temporarily suspended in the following circumstances:

  • For identity or age verification
  • For investigation of suspicious transactions
  • For security verification
  • At the user's own request (self-exclusion)

Permanent Termination

An account will be permanently closed for the following serious violations:

  • Evidence of fraud or manipulation
  • Suspicion or evidence of money laundering
  • Operating multiple accounts
  • Repeated violations of the terms and conditions
  • tka999 is not liable for any loss resulting from account termination if the termination was due to a breach of the terms and conditions.
  • The right to recover a valid balance (excluding bonuses) generally remains even after account termination, subject to the outcome of any investigation.
  • Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting support.

Limitation of Liability

tka999 makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, our liability will be limited in the following circumstances.

  • tka999 will not be liable for compensation if the service is disrupted due to technical errors, server outages, or internet connection issues.
  • For technical issues with third-party game software, the relevant provider will be held responsible.
  • tka999 is not liable for losses caused by issues with the user's own device or internet connection.
  • For issues related to third-party services (such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket), the relevant provider will be held responsible.
  • tka999 is not liable if the service is interrupted due to natural disasters, war, government restrictions, or any other unavoidable circumstances.
  • Users place bets at their own discretion, and any financial losses are their own responsibility.
