Responsible Gaming — Know your
limits, stay safe
tka999 believes entertainment should never become a burden. Use our protection tools and guidelines to stay in control at all times.
Keep gaming as entertainment
On the tka999 platform, we want every player to enjoy themselves in a happy, healthy, and controlled way. Responsible gaming is not just about following limits — it is a positive mindset that protects every aspect of your life.
Age limit: 21+
You must be 21 years of age or older to register at tka999. We do not allow minors to open accounts and enforce this rule strictly.
Setting deposit limits
You can set your own limit on how much money you deposit per day, per week, or per month. The limit takes effect immediately, and a cooling-off period applies before it can be increased.
Time-out feature
Need a temporary break? Use the time-out feature to suspend your account for 24 hours up to 30 days. Logging in or placing bets will not be possible during this period.
Self-exclusion
Choose self-exclusion for long-term protection. Your account can be closed for 6 months or permanently. Promotional communications will also be stopped during this period.
Loss limit
Decide in advance the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a set period. When the limit is reached, the session will automatically end and a warning message will appear.
24/7 support
If you feel that gambling is causing problems in your life, contact our Bangla-speaking support team. We are available on live chat at any time to help.
Age verification and minor protection
Age verification is one of the foundations of responsible gaming at tka999, Bangladesh's online betting platform. We verify the age of all users at registration, and no one under 21 is permitted to open an account under any circumstances.
Take a few simple steps to ensure that underage members of your family cannot use this platform:
- Use a password lock on your device and do not share your login details.
- Install parental control software on your computer or phone.
- Regularly clear saved passwords from your browser.
- Keep your account balance and transaction details private from your children.
- Always log out after using your account.
Important warning
Under tka999's rules, only those aged 21 or older may open an account and place bets on this platform. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, it will be closed immediately and all winnings will be considered void.
If you notice any suspicious account, let us know via live chat. We will investigate and take appropriate action.

Build healthy gaming habits
- Set a budget: Before you start playing, decide how much you will spend and stick to that limit.
- Set a time limit: Set a fixed duration for each session and stop when that time is up.
- Treat it as entertainment: Think of gambling as a form of entertainment, not a source of income.
- Do not play under emotional pressure: Take a break from gaming when you are angry, upset, or overly excited.
- Keep other hobbies: Spend balanced time with family, friends, and other interests.
- Do not play under the influence: Alcohol or substances impair judgement and increase the risk of overspending.
- Take regular breaks: During long sessions, get up and walk around, drink some water, and rest your eyes from the screen.
- Hold on to your winnings: After a big win, withdraw a portion of your balance rather than putting it all back into play.
